Shipping is sent by USPS First Class.

Shipping in the US for small items is $2 and $6 for large items. Purchases over $45 include free shipping with tracking.

Shipping International for small items is $4 and $20 for large items.

RETURNS: I accept returns within 21 days of purchase on physical products. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a refund will be issued only after the product is received. Product must be in the same condition it was sent.

How many pet photos do you need for my painting?

Every pet portrait and SuperPets painting I create is unique. I do not copy a single photo. Because of this, I ask for a minimum of 5-10 well lit photos of your pet to ensure I capture personality and markings/coloration unique to your pet. There is no maximum on the number of photos you can send, and the more you can provide the better.
Do you paint OCs?

Yes! I will paint Original Characters.
Are there pets or subjects you will not paint?

I love all creatures, and I will gladly paint a portrait of any pet. When it comes to SuperPets portraits, I will paint almost any character from a movie, book, anime, tv show, or other media sources. Please keep in mind that in the case of masked or robot suit heroes I will likely paint your pet with the mask off to ensure your pet is recognizable. How long will it take to finish my custom painting?

Completion time varies on the number of other commissions in the queue. You can view the commission queue at https://trello.com/b/JKvtCAc5/superpets-commissions There you will be able to view where your painting is in the queue and how many other commissions are in process at the same time.
